Payments
- Orders must be paid according to the customer's established terms.
- Accepted payment methods include wire transfer, check, money order, or credit cards (subject to a fee).
- Past due balances will incur applicable Finance Charges.

Shipping
- Delivery times are approximate. We will notify you of expected delivery.
- Please request a call ahead for delivery arrangement when placing your order. Provide an alternate contact if necessary.
- A flat Freight & Surcharge fee of $20.00 will be applied to all orders, excluding local deliveries based on each warehouse's location.
Terms
- Collect on Delivery (C.O.D): Payment is required upon delivery or during online ordering.
- Net 15: Payment is due within 15 days of the order. Credit limits must be approved by management.
Return Policy
- Returns require prior authorization and must be in their original, resalable condition.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to incorrectly ordered or overstock merchandise.
- Credits are issued upon receipt of merchandise at our warehouse. Frozen or perishable items are non-returnable unless due to our error.
- New placement orders are covered by a 30-day guaranteed return policy.
